Dick Cheney and West Virginia

Hey this is mostly for Abe, but all are welcome to comment. On the radio this morning I heard tell of Dick Cheney relating that he has Cheney's on both sides of his family tree. His punchline is "and I'm not even from West Virginia". He follows with something along the lines of "these are the kinds of things you can say when you're not up for re-election". I was rather appalled by the comment and was curious to know if you'd heard about this.

Yeah. I heard it. I was also apalled, but not surprised. The Bush/Cheney administration is the most arrogant, intolerant, polarizing, and BLATANTLY CRIMINAL administration in American history. They've virtually turned the republican party into the NAZI party. Republicans everywhere will be trying to live Bush/Cheney down for DECADES to come. There's virtually NO CHANCE at a republican in the White House this cycle because of them.
